Why do I need to book online?

Booking online is recommended to guarantee entry and reduce queues at the ticket desk.

Do I need to print out my ticket?

Tickets can be printed or simply shown via smartphone/tablet on arrival. Visitors with house tickets can go straight to the main house entrance (during house opening hours) where the booking QR code will be scanned by our team.

Can I book on the same day as my visit?

Yes you can book on the same day as your visit or purchase from the ticket desk on arrival.

Will you provide a refund or transfer for my pre-booked ticket if I need to cancel my booking?

We regret that we are unable to amend or transfer bookings unless there are exceptional extenuating circumstances. If you wish to request an amendment or cancellation, please email contactus@mountstuart.com.
