Wellness Walks Amongst Nature at Mount Stuart

Inspire, Restore, Reconnect: Relaxing & Mindful group walking and holistic well-being awareness sessions

Join Mount Stuart team member and Holistic Health & Wellbeing practitioner, Helen Howard, for a Wellness Walk through Mount Stuart's gardens.

Helen is a passionate advocate for holistic and complimentary therapies, having practised them for over 30 years.

During the session you will be guided on a stroll through Mount Stuart's gardens, slowing down to feel the benefits of the natural environment and taking time for you. Helen will introduce you to simple well-being principals and tools which can be applied in day-to-day life, helping to quieten the mind & nourish the soul, including:

  • Intention setting with breathing practice
  • Connecting with our natural environment - opening your senses
  • Awareness in stillness
  • Feeding our minds positive affirmations
  • Grounding/Earthing practice

When you have finished your time with Helen, you will feel calm and grounded with a renewed sense of wellbeing.

This safe and supported group session is suitable for all adults. The session runs from 11am-12.30pm and you will be walking or standing during this time. Please contact us in advance if you have limited mobility or require any additional support to participate.

The Wellness Walk will begin and end on the gravel forecourt at the main entrance to the house. Please meet here 5 minutes prior to the event starting.
